Operations: Follow General Operating Instructions on previous page. Add hot water (120° - 140°) to well pan: W-3V, use 4 quarts (1 gallon) (4 liter). Turn infinite control to “HI” position and preheat for approximately 10 minutes. Place covered inset with preheated food product into well. -
