Section 1. Installation Remove all packing materials and any protective film applied to the stainless steel surfaces. Wipe the enamel and glass surfaces with a soft damp cloth There must be a minimum distance of 650mm between the cooker hob and a cooker hood positioned directly above (See fig.1 below).
A lw ays ensure that the ceram ic heat zones are clean. Do not pour cold w ater onto a hot ceram ic heat zone. Should your cooker develop a fault, call the Sovereign Service Help line on 01527- 573010.

The next setting provides heating from the Top heating elem ent only. The heat output is pre-set at 220 degrees centigrade and is not therm ostaticall y controlled. The final setting controls the G rill. The grill pow er output is pre-set at 220 degrees centigrade and is not therm ostaticall y controlled.

3.4. Operating The Electronic Timer Your appliance is fitted with an electronic clock/tim er and program m er. Please note that the correct tim e m ust be set before you can operate your oven correctly. How To Set The Correct Time Connect the power to the appliance, the display will flash.
Then press and hold the whilst pressing the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons to set the finish time, i.e. if you want your meal to be ready at 6.00pm you must set the finish time to read 18.00 hours. Turn the appropriate oven control knob to the required heat setting. The oven will turn itself on at the correct start time and turn off at the correct finish time.

4.2. General Maintenance Clean the ceram ic heat zones with warm soapy water or a specialist ceram ic hob cleaner. Ensure that the hob surface is cool before proceeding. Clean the interior of the oven(s) with warm soapy water or a specialist oven cleaner.
