How to contact OnStar:
1. Be sure the TTY device is plugged into the right side of the OTIM
in the jack identifi ed for TTY.
2. Push the MODE button to TTY; the green status light will
illuminate. If you push the MODE button a second time, the
status light will go out. This indicates that the TTY system is
off, and the OnStar system is in Voice mode.
3. Practice making a call to OnStar by pressing the blue OnStar
button
display "CONNECTING TO ONSTAR" and the green status light
will blink to indicate that a call is in progress.
4. OnStar will respond to you with a greeting and you can
now correspond with the live Advisors.
5. When you fi nish your interaction with the OnStar Advisor,
the Advisor will automatically disconnect the call for you.
