Remove a Page Type

To remove a page type from the detail report:
1. Select the page extension from the Current page types
list box.
2. Click Remove.
3. Click Apply.

Add a Page Type

To add a page type in the detail report:
1. Enter the New Page Type extension.
2. Click Add to include the extension in the Current page
types list box.
3. Click Apply.
