TECHNICAL DEVICE INFORMATION Technical Description of the Equipment: The principle component of the SafeLife Pressure Reliever® Wheelchair Cushion Series includes a high density/ high resilience polyurethane foam core utilizing a patented three tier gradient and density specific system. Additionally, gender specific cutouts have been incorporated to create a pressure free zone unique to the male and female anatomy.

USER MANUAL DIRECTIONS FOR CUSHION PLACEMENT Place cushion squarely on wheelchair seat. Check for fit. If gaps are present, chose another cushion size. CAUTION: When placing cushion on wheelchair seat, labels and strap MUST be — placed towards the back of the seat of the wheelchair frame. Text on labels MUST be face side up.
