Snow Thrower Controls
B. Auger Control Lever — Used to engage and disengage the
auger and impeller. To engage push down, to disengage release.
C. Chute Rotation Crank — Used to rotate the discharge chute to the
left or right.
D. Chute Deflector Knob — Used to control the angle of the chute
deflector (up or down).
TM Control — After engaging the traction control (left

hand) and auger control (right hand), allows the operator to
release the auger control lever to use the other controls.

F. Traction Drive Clutch Lever — Used to propel snow thrower for-
ward or reverse. Push down to engage, release to disengage.
G. Skid Shoe — Used to adjust ground clearance of auger housing.
H. Clean-Out Tool — Used to remove snow and debris from the dis-
charge chute and the auger housing.
