Check that the Grinding Wheel rotates easily and fully, and is securely held in place after replacing the arbor screw and outer flange. Note: You may choose to fasten the Bench Grinder to a secure base. The base includes pre-drilled holes to attach 5/16” bolts to a secure surface.
