    operating instructions priming tHe pump: It is essential to prime the pump and flush the unit each time the water supply CAUTION has been disconnected from the unit OR whenever the unit has set for any period of time. This unit has a steel coil which, after setting, will cause the risK of unit damage.

    operating instructions Hot water operation: Follow the steps outlined for "START-UP/COLD WATER OPERATION". WARNING Move the Burner Switch to the ON position. Following the engine manufacturer’s recommendations will extend engine work life. PUMP: The pump oil must be changed after the first 25 hours of operation. Once the initial oil change has been completed, it is recommended the oil be changed every 3 months or 250 hour intervals.

    GENERAL THEORY OF OPERATION WATER FLOW: Connect a pressurized water source to the INLET GARDEN HOSE CONNECTION (1) and turn on the water supply. The water will flow through a WATER STRAINER (2) which has a clear inspection bowl. The water then travels into the TRIPLEX HIGH PRESSURE PUMP (3) which has an UNLOADER (4) that bypasses the water when the trigger gun is closed.
