Mobile app User GUide GettinG started The mCareWatch Carers mobile app is available to carers who would like to connect with the SOS Mobile Watch (model SMW14) and is available for iPhone and Android smartphones. Carer’s can also connect with the SOS Mobile Watch via the ConnectiveCARE website which is accessible through www.mcarewatch.com.au Carer’s can engage with the device by config- uring all the settings on the watch including: pre-set emergency, family speed dial, reminders, locate the watch wearer and monitoring activity.

Device Number called an IMEI. Press Add New Member Button. Carer Adds IMEI Number of Watch and Password. These details are provided by mCareWatch and will be sent to you in your Purchase and Confirmation Letter. Press the Save Button to enter Watch details.
aCCess Carer’s Web portal cont Carers can select the Watch/device they have entered by selecting it via the drop down List of Devices. This will display either as the wearer’s name (provided during purchase of the Outright or Monthly Service or the IMEI number of the specific watch.

settinGs cont settings - synchronisation Click on ‘Synchronisation’ tab to set how often the watch and web portal are updated. Recommend that synchronisation is set at Once/Hour. Note: On-demand Tracking/Location Finder and specific episodes like an SOS emergency is updated on Portal and Mobile Apps in real-time.
