WOODS Battery Chargers will hon our warranty if;
1 t he WOODS Battery Charger fails within 12 months of purchase by end user
2 t he product is ret urned to an auth orised servic e agent
3 t he freight is prepaid to an authoris ed service agent
4 proof of purchase is provided with warranty claim
5 failure is due to fault y workmanship and/or parts failure
SECTION C:
WOODS Battery Chargers will void warran ty if;
1 t he WOODS Battery Charger is us ed in an improper manner, eg: outside its s pecifications
2 t he WOODS Battery Charger has been incorrectly installed and/or connected
3 failure is caused by gross damage s uch as, droppage, water damage, etc
4 t he unit h as been tampered wit h
5 non-genuine parts have been ins talled
6 t he WOODS Battery Charger has been repaired by persons NOT aut horised by WOOD S Bat tery Chargers.

8 no proof of purchase is supplied
