The quick-release lever of the quick-release axle is closed by turning the
quick-release axle itself.
To open and close it you should only operate the quick-release lever. You do
not have to further loosen or completely release the entire axle in order to
dismantle the saddle post.
You should only turn the knurled nut if the quick-release lever can be moved
too easily or only with difficulty.
Before closing the quick-release lever, ensure that the clamp is flush and in
the correct position on the seat tube.
