firmware), Iridium AxcessPoint Mail & Web and any Accessories listed in the Getting Started Guide and/or
User Guide (collectively, the "Product") sold by Iridium or its authorized resellers and distributors (collectively,
"Service Providers"). This Limited Warranty extends only to the first purchaser of the Product and is not
assignable or transferable.
