FCC Compliance
Iridium AxcessPoint complies with Part 15 of the FCC Regulations. Operation is subject to the condition that
this device does not cause harmful interference. Any unauthorized antennas, modifications or attachments
could damage Iridium AxcessPoint and may violate FCC regulations and void your authority to operate
this device.
EU Regulatory Conformity
Iridium AxcessPoint complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of the EU Directive
1999/5/EC.
Canada Regulatory Conformity

18. Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to Iridium branded Iridium AxcessPoint (including hardware, software and
firmware), Iridium AxcessPoint Mail & Web and any Accessories listed in the Getting Started Guide and/or
User Guide (collectively, the "Product") sold by Iridium or its authorized resellers and distributors (collectively,
"Service Providers"). This Limited Warranty extends only to the first purchaser of the Product and is not
assignable or transferable.
