0.75" must be maintained along the left side panel of the DS1628. In the event the internal temperature of the DS1628 reaches 85 degrees centigrade, a protection circuit will shut down the power supply until the amplifier cools down.

HPF Switch: This DIP switch provides a High-Pass Filter for the amplifier input. The High-Pass Filter is used to eliminate unnecessary lower frequencies. From the factory, the High-Pass Filter is set to 125 Hz. CAUTION: To avoid output fault conditions, the High-Pass Filter should be set to 125 or 200Hz.
