5.0 CALLING fEATURES & fUNCTIONS EastLink offers a variety of features and functions that can be included in your monthly service package. 6.0 YOUR EASTLINK TELEPHONE AND LONG DISTANCE BILL Your EastLink Telephone and Long Distance bill will clearly outline all charges made during the billing period including line charges, features, services and taxes. Your basic local service is billed one month in advance and also includes charges for directory assistance and operator assisted calls.

11.0 EASTLINK fACILITIES 11.1 EastLink will bear the expense of maintenance and repairs required due to normal wear and tear to its facilities, except that EastLink may charge for the additional expense incurred when you require maintenance and repair work to be performed outside of regularly scheduled working hours or relating to facilities not owned by EastLink.
