14) For RUDICS or ISPs that don't require a User name or password, uncheck the
Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc. checkbox in the Options tab of
Properties dialog box.
15) Make sure Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked in the Networking tab. Uncheck
all other components. Click the OK button and close all windows when done.
