    Firmware Firmware upgrading is a routine procedure that you must perform to install newer versions of software on the AVM-3901-B, -C, -B4, and -C4 modules. Pilot, Co-Pilot, or Navigator software applications are required for this procedure. You can use either the Discovery or the drag-and-drop method.

    CCS control software and control panels are consistent. If the AVM-3901-B, -C, -B4, and -C4 modules are set for local control, the alarm settings will appear the same at both the card edge and via CCS, but the settings can only be changed using the card-edge controls.
