range is between 100g–2000g.

Time Defrost Function

The time defrost setting is used for
defrosting frozen meat, poultry and
seafood by time. The power level is
automatically set once the defrosting
time is entered on the number
pad. The defrosting weight range is
between 100g–1200g.
Example: Defrost 500g of beef.
1.
Press the '0/TIME DEFROST' button,
the LED Screen will display "dEF2",
and the " " and "
be illuminated.
2. Press the numbers "5", "0", "0",
on the number pad in that order,
the " " light will now become
illuminated.
3.
Press the 'START/QUICK 30s' button
to commence the defrosting
function. The "
and the " " and "
flash during through the defrosting
process.

The Auto Cook Menu
The Auto Cook Menu allows to
select from 9 pre-programmed
settings. Each pre-programmed
menu has several weight options.
So, for example, the Auto Reheat
setting has four weight settings. The
weight required can be selected by
repeatedly pressing the Auto Cook
button, which for Auto Reheat setting,
would be the 'AUTO REHEAT' button.

Example: Cook 350g of vegetables.
1. Press the 'VEGETABLE' button, the

will display "A – 2".
2. Press the 'VEGETABLE' button
twice to choose the pre-set
weight. The LED Screen will display
"350" and the "
lights will illuminate.

Press the 'START/ QUICK+30s'
button commence operation. The

" " lights will flash throughout the
cooking process.
The chart below displays each Auto
Cook options, with the weight options,
and the require amount of as well as
the display and the operation time.
