I-TRIM STUBBLE + AUTOMATIC ALL-IN-ONE DC MOTOR FACIAL TRIMMER Thank you for purchasing the VS For Men i-trim stubble + , an automatic all-in-one DC motor facial trimmer that provides everyday designer stubble control. Featuring 74 precision cutting length settings from 0.4mm to 15mm in exact 0.2mm increments, the i-trim stubble + is ideal for creating a short, shadow stubble look, a longer designer stubble look or maintaining a full beard.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • A plastic cover has been placed over the adaptor plug to protect it from damage. Remove the plastic cover before inserting into a suitable power outlet. • A lways inspect the i-trim stubble + before use to ensure the cutting head is free from hair and debris and is running smoothly. ChARGING ThE TRIMMER (FOR CORDLESS OPERATION) IMPORTANT: Before using the appliance for the first time, charge for a full 16 hour continuous charge.

CORDED USE – OPERATION WITh POWER CORD 1. R emove the AC power adaptor cord from the charging stand. 2. P lug the AC power adaptor directly into the base of the trimmer. 3. P lug the AC power adaptor into a 100V – 240V power supply. Switch the power supply on, and the trimmer can now be used in corded operation.

STARTING AND USING YOUR I-TRIM STUBBLE + 1. P ress the on/off button to activate the trimmer. 2. P ress the up or down arrow buttons to adjust and set the cutting/ trimming length. Pressing one of these buttons will stop the trimmer motor. It is always suggested to start cutting with a longer length first, then trim again if the length is longer than desired. 3. H old the trimmer against the hair, the teeth of the comb guide should be pointing upwards and should be flat against the face. If the comb guide is not flat against the face, you may not get an even cut.

Or press the On/Off for less than 2 seconds, only the motor will turn off, the display will remain lit for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds you will still have 5 minutes to change the cutting length. After 5 minutes, the trimmer turns itself off and the cutting guide remains in the last position used. If the foil shaver is attached to the trimmer, turn the trimmer off by holding the On/Off button for more than 2 seconds USING ThE COMB GUIDE Your i-trim stubble + comes assembled with the motorised comb guide already installed.

USING ThE UNIQUE STUBBLE COMB GUIDE ATTAChMENT Your i-trim stubble + comes assembled with the stubble comb guide already attached to the standard comb guide. This comb guide helps to provide maximum precision and length control when trimming around the sideburns and contours of the neck. The i-trim stubble + can be used with or without the stubble comb guide attachment, whichever is more comfortable for you to use.

Using one hand, slightly push the arms of the standard comb guide together. Take the stubble comb guide and line the two inserts up with the two lugs on either side of the standard comb guide. Simply hold the stubble comb guide in place and then release the pressure from the standard comb guide.

Attach the foil shaver by lining up the long side (arms) with the sides of the i-trim stubble + (Image 5). Slide the foil shaver down onto the trimmer until it clicks into place. The foil shaver is now ready to be used (Image 6). (NB – When using the trimmer with the foil shaver attachment, the cutting length will be below 0.4mm. The length setting shown on the LCD display will no longer be relevant when the comb guide is removed).

The faster you can grow a beard, the quicker you’ll need to keep up with your stubble to ensure it stays shaped – designer stubble is an ongoing process of upkeep, so you can’t just shape it and leave it. NB - Use on clean, dry hair. If possible, when using for the first time, try and grow your facial hair for at least 4 days before cutting. This will give you a better result, as your facial hair will feel thicker. To create a short, shadow stubble look: 1. 3. T he i-trim stubble + will work most effectively when cutting through hair at its own speed – never force the trimmer. You may experience a little resistance around the moustache area, where hair is thicker and grows in many different directions. This is completely normal.

Shaving using the foil shaver attachment The foil shaver attachment with this appliance should be used for dry shaving only. For optimum shaving results, it is recommended to trim the hair first if it is quite long. 1. Ensure the skin is dry, not damp. 2. U se your free hand to stretch the skin and make the facial hair stand out. 3. M ove the shaver slowly over the skin, allowing the shaver to fully shave tough areas of hair.

MULTI VOLTAGE This appliance has a multi voltage feature for worldwide use. The voltage automatically converts for ease of use from 100v - 240v. This appliance has an automatic internal converter which will automatically convert the voltage without the need of a switch. A suitable plug adaptor will be required, please refer to the chart below.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE To maintain optimum performance, the appliance should be cleaned after each use: 1. S witch trimmer off and remove the power supply, if connected. Remove comb cutting guide. 2. T o make cleaning easier, remove the blades from the trimmer. To remove the blades, hold the handle of the trimmer with one hand and place your free hand on top of the trimmer head, with the thumb placed at the back of the blades.
BATTERY DISPOSAL The appliance contains Nickel Metal-Hydrate batteries. To protect the environment, the appliance must be disposed of safely at the end of its useful life.
