T2 TURN SIGNAL FLASHER RELAY
3-GROUND : Approx. 12 volts with the ignition SW on or the hazard SW on
1-GROUND : Changes from 12 to 0 volts with the ignition SW on and the turn signal SW LH or RH position,
and with the hazard SW on
2-GROUND : Always continuity
