Mute the Ringing Sound

You can mute the ringtone without rejecting the call by doing either of the following.
Press the Volume Key down.

Place the phone face down on a level surface. See Phone Motions for options, including the

Mute/pause Motion to mute incoming calls by turning over the phone.

Reject an Incoming Call

The following procedure shows you how to reject an incoming call.
When the call comes in, touch and slide

Reject a Call with a Text Message

You can automatically reject an incoming call by sending a text message to the caller.
1. Touch and drag Reject call with message toward the top of the screen.
2. Select an existing message and tap
– or –
Tap Create new message to compose a new text message.
