Product Overview WID340 is a 802.11n USB dongle that can allow you to connect to WiFi networks with speeds up to 150/300 Mbps (fully compatible with 802.11b/g) on 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. It has a small form factor and can be connected to any Windows, Linux or Mac computer via USB.
If the drivers have not been loaded previously, continue by installing the drivers for your respective operating system (see the following sections). Note: Under normal operation, the WID340 LED indicator will turn on when plugged in. When the adapter is in use, the LED indicator will blink.

5. Unable to see 5 GHz networks (dual band) You may be missing the drivers for the WID340. Install the drivers from the included CD or website. If you are using Windows 8/8.1, follow the additional installation steps included in this user manual (see Windows 8/8.1 section under Installation) to resolve a driver issue.
