I DISASSEMBLY PR,OCEDURES
1. Adjustment of mechanism unit and replacement of
head parts.
a. Rem o ve t he cassett e lid.
b. Remo ve 2 screws O in f ig. 'l a nd rem ove the bl i nd
P late .
c. Remo ve 4 screws @ in Fig. 1 and rem ove the front
pl ate .

In this state, the head can be adjusted and its parts
can be replaced.

d. Remove 2 screws O in Fig. 2 and replace the record/
playback head.
e. Remo ve the screw @ in f ig. 2 and replace the eras e
head .
f. Rem o ve the E ring @ in f ig. 2 and replac e the s uppl y
sid e pinch roller.
g. Rem o ve t he E ring @ in f ig. 2 and replace the take-
up sid e pinch r oller.
h. Be mo ve the washer O in f ig. 2 and re place the id l er.
