I am having trouble charging the machine. The batteries are new. There is a red plug that, when I disconnect, the light turns yellow, but if I connect It turns red, even if I manually charge the batteries

A red light flashing on the IPC Eagle CT15 machine indicates the battery voltage is low (<21.5V), meaning the batteries are completely flat. To resolve charging issues with new batteries:

1. Ensure the battery charger is correctly connected to the machine.
2. Verify the power supply matches the charger's rated voltage.
3. Check that the charger is installed properly and the transformer connections are correct.
4. Make sure there is voltage at the socket, the fuses are intact, and current reaches the battery.
5. If the charger still does not work, try using another charger or contact technical service with the charger's serial number.

Always use a charger suitable for the battery type (e.g., gel batteries require a specific charger).
