9. For iPad and Tablet Users

The Tablet does not supply external power to the Pana-
Scan. The battery must be installed in the Pana-Scan
(P. 8) when connected to your Tablet to download images.
iPad:
The images on the SD card can be downloaded directly to
your iPad as described on P. 24 by connecting a USB
cable to the iPad using a camera connection kit* or using
an SD Card reader* For more details see instructions
supplied with the connection kit you have purchased
separately.
Android Tablet:
Connect a USB cable* from your Tablet to the Pana-Scan.
The following warning may occur if the battery is not in the
Pana-Scan when connected to your iPad:
"Accessory unavailable; the attached accessory is
using too much power"
Please see "Troubleshooting of your connection kit" if you
see the above warning.
