H A PT ER Fan Module Installation 1.1 Overview The Switch fan module is at the left on the rear panel. Perform the following procedure to remove the fan module in order to replace the entire fan module. Return any malfunctioning fan modules to the manufacture. - Page 4 Chapter 1 Fan Module Installation Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the fan slot cover and remove it if any. Grab the handles of the front panel of a fan module with one hand and place the other hand under it to support it.
