  • Page 11 OPERATION HOW TO STOP THE EDGER Emergency Stopping Clutch Lever To immediately stop the engine and the blade, move the throttle control to the STOP position. Normal Stopping First, move the clutch lever back to the DIS- ENGAGED position. Then, move the throttle control to SLOW, then to STOP (if Figure 7 equipped) See Figure 7.
