Due point issue out of parameter what's the cause

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson

The dew point issue on the Colortronic CTT 250 can be caused by problems with the drying or regeneration systems. Specifically, it may result from:

- Insufficient temperature in the regeneration heater (check the regeneration heater).
- Defective temperature measurement in the regeneration heater (check cables, sensor, power supply, and for short circuits).
- Vacuum issues in the regeneration or drying blower (check the blowers and vacuum sensors).
- Safety switches or temperature limiters being triggered (check safety temperature limiters and reset if needed).

These issues can prevent proper moisture removal, leading to an out-of-parameter dew point.
