Cancel call forwarding

To turn off or cancel call forwarding that you have set up, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
2. Tap the More icon (...) at the bottom-right of the screen.
3. Tap settings.
4. Scroll to and tap the Call forwarding switch.

Call log

Reset call log

To reset or clear the call log or history, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
2. If necessary, touch the screen and slide left or right to view the 'history' screen.
3. Tap the More icon (...) at the bottom-right of the screen.
4. Tap delete all.
5. Tap delete to confirm.
