Additionally, we recommend using a Laboga Mr. Hector cabinet, which is dedicated to heavier types of sound. This cabinet is equipped with two Celestion Vintage 30 speakers and one ElectroVoice Black Label speaker. Use only new tubes. Power tubes should all be changed at the same time for a quartet of 5881/6L6WGC tubes. The 5881 are more mechanically reliable version of 6L6. Both of the sets can be purchased from Laboga. The amplifier’s design also features a power tube symmetry regulation - see point 9 on page 12.
