Select the record icon.
Start recording during a call
Select Options More > Record. When recording a call,

hold the phone in the normal position near to your ear. The
recording is saved in the Recordings folder in Gallery.
Listen to the latest recording
Select Options Play last recorded.

Send the last recording in a multimedia message
Select Options Send last recorded.
