    Unpack all cartons and check thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Damage claims should be filed immediately with the transportation company. Gold Medal Products is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Setup: Your new Cheese Display Case is assembled and tested at the factory.
  • Page 4 Cheese Display Case Operating Instructions Controls and Their Functions: The lighted rocker switch controls the element, blower fan and light bulbs. The fan circulates air over the thermostat controlled element which keeps the cheese portion packs warm inside the cabinet. Care and Cleaning: The stainless steel cabinet can be kept clean by using a warm, damp cloth to remove all dirt and grease spots.
