System Troubleshooting
v The power indicator does not illuminate
• The batteries are installed incorrectly; refer
to the "Battery Installation" section for proper
placement of batteries. See page 12.
• The batteries are dead; replace both batteries
immediately. See page 13.
• Recharge batteries with a commercially
available charger. See page 13.
v The power indicator is illuminated but the unit
does not nebulize
• Slightly slant the main unit towards you; the
START/STOP button will be pointing down.
• Fill the medication chamber with the proper
amount of prescribed medication, with a
maximum of 8 mL. See page 14.
• Check for any liquid that may have collected
around the electrodes of the main unit and
absorb with a soft cloth.

• Check for dry residual medication. Disinfect
and clean appropriate components and
accessories. See page 20.
• The batteries are dead; replace both batteries
immediately. See page 13.
• Recharge batteries with a commercially
available charger. See page 13.
• Low nebulization rate may indicate it's time to
replace the nebulizer—due to mesh rupturing
or severe clogging.
v Medication overflows from the medication
chamber
• The medication chamber is ruptured and the
nebulizer needs replacing.
