The Card’s Power Supply 3 Installing Hardware This chapter will guide you through the physical installation of your new graphics card. The Card’s Power Supply Supplemental power is a basic consideration in the installation process. Your new ATI graphics card requires additional power that is supplemented from the computer’s main power supply. - Page 10 4 The Card’s Power Supply Installing your graphics card Turn off your computer, monitor, and all other attached peripheral devices.
