Setting up and listening to your Voicemail

Choose your PIN and record a greeting by calling in from your mobile.
Press
and hold
Once connected to 3, follow the voice prompt.
Choose a new 4-digit PIN and press
Confirm your new PIN and press
Then you'll be asked to record your name.
Your recorded name will be used to identify
messages you send to other 3 subscribers
Say your name clearly and press
You will then be asked to record a personal
greeting that callers will hear when they
reach your mailbox
Say your greeting clearly and press
Press
to end the call
To listen to your mail...
Press
and hold
Press
to end the call

Once your voicemail is set
up, you can access your Mail
from any mobile by calling
07782 333 123 or +447782 333 123
when calling from abroad, and enter
your 3 mobile number (eg 07XXX
XXX XXX) and your new 4-digit PIN.

Setting up your Videomail

Videomail is an answer-phone service for video calling. It's like voicemail – you can record
a video greeting from your mobile. You will first need to setup your voicemail.
Press
and hold
Once connected to Videomail, you will
be prompted to record a video greeting
that callers will see when they reach
your mailbox
Record your greeting and press
to finish your recording
Press
to end the call
To view your videomail...
Press
and hold
If you have any Videomail, it will
automatically play.
Press
to end the call
You can access your Videomail
from your mobile by video
calling +447782 333 123 when
calling from abroad. This service is only
available in countries where video call
facility is available.
