Troubleshooting If a problem occurs with the system, refer to the “Troubleshooting” section of the Eaton Profile Genesys Ergonomic Workstation Operator’s Manual for troubleshooting tips and corrective actions. If the lift freezes and the workstation is not moving in an upward or downward direction, then re-initialize the system per the instructions noted below.
