Intended use:
smarT.power is a universal charging device for charging (in absence of other charging
options) your mobile phone, your TEASI-navigation system or other devices with a 5V
(USB) charging capability while you are out and about. Depending on the battery capacity
of the device to be charged, it may even be possible to charge or recharge it several
times.
smarT.power is also equipped with a high-power LED spotlight, as well as mechanical
connectors for the universal HR 4 Quick Fix System (shortened to 4QF below), which is
the most widely used system in the mobile and outdoor sector and therefore offers you
the most universal connection options.
This means that smarT.power can be securely attached onto your bicycle handlebars
with the same bike mount system as TEASI. The other side of the mount can then hold
your TEASI or your mobile phone case. The road in front of you is well-lit by the powerful
spotlight.

- Page 3 “donor” smarT.power. Basic operation: (4) Charging the receiver (e.g. smartphone or TEASI): Press the ON / OFF switch (4) 1x: smarT.power starts to charge the receiver Pressing the ON / OFF switch (4) again stops the charging process.
- Page 4 (6) Battery status indicator: This three-colour LED indicator shows the status using 3 colours, red, yellow and green: 1. smarT.power is operational i.e. smarT.power is operating as a donor. A receiver is being charged or the LED spot- light is switched on. Rapidly flickering red light: less than 5% charge remaining WARNING! Please switch off the smarT.power device immediately to prevent a deep discharge of the built-in battery!

The internal battery of smarT.power is being charged: Flashing red: 1%-30% charged, smarT.power is charging Flashing orange: 31%-50% charged, smarT.power is charging Flashing green: 51%-99% charged, smarT.power is charging Continuous green light: smarT.power is fully charged. The charging process can be stopped.
- Page 6 Otherwise the port itself is not protected against water and dust. If an appropriate adapter (see below - e.g. mini USB for TEASI) is plugged into the port (5) and the adapter has been inserted correctly, this connection is waterproof and dust- proof.
- Page 7 LED spotlight (1): smarT.power bis equipped with a powerful USA CREE LED spotlight with a correspon- dingly long service life of approx. 5,000 hours. The LED spotlight can be folded out up to an angle of 90°. A mechanical lock prevents an angle of more than 90°.
- Page 8 Push smarT.power onto the 4QF mount from above until smarT.power snaps securely into place. You can attach your smartphone or TEASI case on the other side in the same manner. Make sure that both locking mechanisms have snapped into place securely on both sides.
