Set Handset Security Code to cancel Screen Lock or
authenticate.
In Home Screen, Settings
Security unlock preference
・When Security release method has been already set,
authenticate.

Set up USIM/RUIM card lock

Set up USIM/RUIM card lock
PIN OK Enter New PIN
again OK
PIN is changed.
PIN Cautions
Entering PIN incorrectly three times activates PIN Lock.
Enter PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) to unlock. Entering
PUK incorrectly ten times activates USIM Lock. To use
handset again, reissue USIM Card at SoftBank Shop (fees
