In order to keep the discs in the CD Player safely, the disc trays can be locked electronically in a single operation.
When the electronic lock is on, the trays cannot be opened even if the (0) button is pressed. This function can only be operated by using the
buttons on the Unit itself.

1. Put the System's power into STANDBY
mode.
2. While pressing the (

STOP button, press the (0) button for
DISC 1's tray on the Unit.

Explanation/Remarks
1. "LOCKED" appears on the display. The trays are now
locked.
2. Pressing the (0) buttons will not open the trays. The
display shows the message "LOCKED".
3. (0) button cannot be used to automatically turn on the
power.
4. You can still play the CD, cassette or tune to a radio
station.
