    Go to My iChoice Installing the iChoice Exchange Software iChoice Exchange is a free application that allows you to instantly upload your iChoice A10’s tracking data to your own personal ichoicelife.com account. Before using your iChoice A10 you should download and install the iChoice Exchange on your computer.

    Using your iChoice A10 How to Wear You can place your iChoice A10 in a pocker, or clip anywhere on your clothing. We recommend attaching the iChoice A10 close to your torso. You can attach your iChoice A10 by clip or lanyard (self-prepare).

    Double click the iChoice Exchange icon - main interface screen will appear Sync Now Use this option when you want to upload the most recent data from your iChoice A10 to your account or transfer your new personal information, body information or device settings to your iChoice A10.
  • Page 9 (continued) Check for Update If your iChoice A10's firmware and / or iChoice Exchange are/ is not the latest version, a window will appear automatically when the iChoice Exchange starts running to prompt for an update. If you want to update your iChoice A10 manually, plug your unit and click Check for Update Your iChoice A10 will start checking for updates.

    Using the iChoice Exchange (continued) Changing you iChoice Walk Device NOTE: You can only have one device per account. Use this option if you are replacing a unit already set up with an existing account. Follow step by step instuctions to link this new device.

    If your iChoice A10 battery power runs out, replace it with a new coin battery, CR2032. • Use the matched screw-driver to unlock the battery door located on the back of the iChoice A10 and replace your battery. Sync your device with your account every time you replace your units battery. Tracking data may be lost during the down period between changing batteries.

    Memory Your iChoice A10 will track and store data for 7 days of detailed. When the storage space of your iChoice A10 is near full, the prompt “FULL” will be displayed on the screen. The unit will overridden old data, therefore we recommended syncing your unit when the display shows “FULL”.
