I was on the chat line last Friday. I was given a Bellini Alexander 4200 crib, but it is missing some of the hardware needed for assembly. I reviewed all the missing hardware with the chat assistant. I would like to verify that this hardware is being sent to me

The manual states that missing hardware should not be substituted and provides instructions for ordering spare parts. However, it does not confirm whether missing hardware is being sent to you. You may need to contact the dealer or manufacturer for confirmation.
