When the TWAIN interface for the ACCENT sensor is open, the yellow LED should flash. If it does not, you must verify that your ACCENT sys- tem is powered on, has a sensor plugged in and no other software is try- ing to communicate with the ACCENT system.

OPERATION Observe that the yellow LED blinks to indicate the system is ready to take a new image. When the X-ray machine is activated, the Control Module auto- matically detects the exposure signal and stores the image in internal memory. At this point, the yellow LED extinguishes and the blue LED illuminates.
OPERATIONAL OPTIONS Image Resolution The ACCENT system allows image acqusition in one of two resolutions, High resolution and Low resolution.Each has distinct advantages and disadvantages that will have to be taken into account when making choice for your particulat application.
