TP-EVEN_TXCLK+, EVEN_TXCLK-,
ODD_TXCLK+, ODD_TXCLK-?

Check the LVDS Cable?
Check the T-Con Board?
Replace the LCD Panel?

Check a set in the 'Stand-by mode'.
