  • Page 12 Technical data sheet 145/10 290/20 INSTALLATION: Step1 Using a suitable wire gauge that meets all applicable electrical codes for the size of breakers used, run two wires and a ground wire from the home's main breaker panel to the water heater. Note: For the model(A12SL,A12L,A10L,Q8E,Q8M,Q6M) you need to run a pair of wire and ground wires.

    Step 3 DOUBLE CHECK the electrical connections to make sure they are correct and that all wire connections are tight and secure. Also confirm that the correct breaker size and wire gauge has been used and confirm that the water heater has been connected to a ground in accordance with applicable codes.

    Maintenance SIDFEN electric tankless water heaters are designed for long service life. The water heater itself does not require any regular maintenance. However, to ensure consistent water flow, it is recommended to periodically remove scale and dirt that may build up at the aerator of the faucet or in the shower head.
