Using Capitalization

Press 0 in any text entry screen to change text case.
The following indicators show capitalization status:
U= no capital letters
T= all capital letters

Using Tap Mode

This is the standard mode for entering text on your
phone.
Regular Tap method cycles through the letters and
number of the key you press. Tap Extended mode also cycles
through additional symbols as shown in the "Character
Chart" on page 36.

In a text entry screen, you can press # to switch entry
modes. An indicator shows which method is active (see
page 33). If Tap or Tap Extended is not available as the Primary
or Secondary entry mode (see page 32).
