To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nokia's liability
shall be limited to the purchase value of your Product. The
limitations in this clause 6 shall not apply in case of Nokia's
gross negligence or intentional misconduct or in case of
death or personal injury resulting from Nokia's proven
negligence.
