  • Page 2 ScanIt Parts Overview The ScanIt Parts software begins by automatically logging into the host (ADP/R&R/Arkona/DealerTrack/Automate/Autosoft) computer and downloading all of today’s open orders, special orders, and inventory into the ScanIt Parts PC. Parts are scanned using a radio frequency handheld barcode scanner with a built-in printer.

    Charging the Battery ***** Wait 15 seconds after removing the charged battery from the charger, before inserting the dead battery in the charger. To recharge the battery, insert the battery into the charger, with the ribbed end sticking out. Charging time can take up to three hours.
