NOTE
In all system and specially in HDMI
wiring, to guarantee the HD signal
throughout the full system, Goldmund
recommends to perform all the wiring
when all units are turn off and
successively
turn
on
the

The Eidos Reference Blue uses the
HDCP

To prevent copying of
digital audio and video content as it
travels across connections
HDCP encrypt the digital audio and
video content. The TV must support
HDCP in order to decrypt and properly
display the content.

POWER CONNECTION

Plug the AC power cord to the back of the Eidos Reference Blue and in a wall
socket. Switch the back power switch to "ON". The front display will light up as
soon as you will press "OPEN" button on the front panel or when pressing the
remote control "POWER" button, indicating that the unit is powered on.
Unplug the power cord if you are not going to use the player for an extended period
of time. Hold the power plug when unplugging. Do not pull on the cord.

VIDEO CONNECTIONS
There are two HDMI output connectors for the video signal output; we recommend
using the HDMI 1 for video and HDMI 2 for audio. This configuration is required to
offer the best video quality.
