    INTRODUCTION TO THE TM100 At Ramsey Electronics we are constantly bombarded with questions on how to get the micro power transmitters to go as far as possible without worry about FCC rules being broken.     CONSTRUCTION OF THE TM100 1. Cutting the ladder-line twin lead antenna wire. To properly ‘size’ the antenna, we will want to center our measurements from the center point of the twin lead wire. Then measure from this point out exactly 27 inches in each direction as shown and then cut.
