To clean the Compak Fresh K-10 Conic coffee grinder when the grinder mechanism is stuck:
1. Turn off the machine using the 3-position switch. 2. Disconnect from power to ensure safety. 3. Ensure the grinder is free of beans before adjusting or cleaning. 4. Remove the hopper by closing the hopper opening lever, turning it counter-clockwise until it detaches. 5. Clean the hopper with a damp cloth or mild soap and water, then dry it completely. 6. Check the grind chamber for blockages. If burrs are blocked, ensure no beans are present and gently clear any debris. 7. Do not use water jets or submerge the grinder in water.
After cleaning, reassemble the parts and turn the hopper clockwise into place. Make sure it's correctly positioned to avoid warning messages.
