Installing HWN Phone Jacks The HWN Phone Jack allows you to connect standard telephones, modems, FAX machines, and answering machines to your Home Wireless Networks communications system. Note: The network Controller must already be installed and incoming phone lines connected to it in order to add a Phone Jack to the network.

Register the Phone Jack with the Controller You can register a new Phone Jack from either a Handset or a network PC. The following procedure describes the registration process using a Handset. For information on registering a Phone Jack from a network PC, see the Network Reference Manual that came with the Controller.
